What are the first steps to take after signing up?After signing up, the first steps include meeting you via virtually or at the gym at your first personal training session. First we just get to know one another. This is important for a couple reasons: first, to ensure we are a good fit for one another & second, to purely have an opportunity to better understand what it is that you desire to accomplish in this journey.
