  • Step 2: 30-45 Min. Discovery & Recommendations meeting

  • Step 3: Workouts Begin!

  • Step 4: 30 min Assessment and the end of the block

    • Check on progress & consistency​

  • Quarterly (Most Important)

    • This is our big progress evaluation check.  This is where we will see if we need to change up the game plan or not.​
